‘The Final Power: Chronomancer’ Playlist

Posted on January 15, 2021 by benjaminfrog

A list of songs and instrumental tracks that compliment some of the moments and themes in The Final Power: Chronomancer. I’ve placed them more or less in chronological order as far as the story goes.

(Try not to take the song titles too literally. There isn’t actually a spaceship.)

Spikey Cars from the Mad Max: Fury Road soundtrack

Babe I’m Gonna Leave You by Led Zeppelin

(For whatever reason, this became the song I most associate with Ian. Maybe not just because of the tune but also his tendency to not stick around.)

Ironfoot from The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies soundtrack

Papercut by Linkin Park

(The song in my library that seemed to best encapsulate the inner nature conflicts within Gnash.)

A Family Affair from the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest soundtrack

Monster from the One Punch Man soundtrack

Brothers In Arms from the Mad Max: Fury Road soundtrack

Cornfield Chase from the Interstellar soundtrack

Survive from the Mad Max: Fury Road soundtrack

Coward from the Interstellar soundtrack

Mysterious Ways by U2

Roll Away Your Stone by Mumford & Sons

Oceans by Evanescence

Beauty from Ashes by Brooke Nicholls

(My main tune for Princess Zera in the context of this story)

Spaceship from the One Punch Man soundtrack

The Catalyst by Linkin Park

(Not so much for the lyrics, but for the ominous tone of the song, it has long been the tune that best fits the final battle in my mind.)

Amazing by Aerosmith

Axe or Sword? from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey soundtrack
